Laser cutting

Laser cutting stainless steel technology is the use of laser beam irradiation to a very small area range on the surface of the steel plate, the laser beam energy is highly concentrated on the stainless steel plate localized rapid heating, stainless steel evaporation, so as to achieve the cutting of stainless steel plate. Laser cutting technology has the advantages of fast cutting speed, good quality, safety, no pollution and so on.

Plasma cutting

Plasma cutting is a processing method that uses the heat of a high-temperature plasma arc to melt (evaporate) the metal at the workpiece kerf locally, and blows away the melted metal with a high-speed airflow to form a kerf. Plasma cutting has the advantages of faster cutting speed, smooth cut and small deformation.

Water-jet cutting

Waterjet cutting is a process technology that utilizes high-pressure water flow to cut. Under the control of the computer can carve any stainless steel material, and by the material texture has little effect. Waterjet cutting does not produce thermal deformation, high precision cutting and environmental protection.
