Stainless Strips for Knife / Blade
QUKEN is a professional manufacturer specialising in martensitic knife steel/blade steel, which can provide customers special precision steel strips for cutting tools. It can be used in the different applications and usage, for example, our products are good at making razor blade, doctor blade, kitchen knife and industrial knife, etc.
Razor Blade Steel Strip --- NRB (1.4037)
NRB is a material specially designed for thin blades such as razor blade and doctor blade. Its performance is similar to Sandvik 13C26 (Alleima® 13C26) and Voestalpine's AEB-L. NRB is developed by the professional team from smelting to rolling. We can provide professional blade with cost-effective steel strips.
The strip steel provided by QUKEN is mainly in the form of cold rolling and annealing, and the characteristics are as follows:
- Good blanking performance
- Advanced flatness and straightness
- Precise impurities control
- Excellent carbide distribution and grain grade
After quenching heat treatment, the material has the following characteristics:
- Advanced hardness above HV790
- Excellent corrosion resistance
- Excellent wear resistance
